
Mazzaro’s carries an unbelievable selection of fresh,
frozen, and dried pastas with hundreds of varieties to
choose from.
Everyday we carefully and
lovingly mix the dough with eggs and flour and prepare
fresh pastas by hand.
Each piece has a delicate
texture, a rich flavor and a freshness that cannot be
duplicated unless you choose to make your own at home.
While there are special pastas that are only available
on particular days, here are the selections that you
will find everyday; Angel Hair, Fettuccini, Linguini,
Ravioli with meat, spinach & ricotta or cheese filling.
Cooking Instructions:
For Fresh Pasta: bring ample water to a hard
boil, add some salt, put pasta into water and
boil for about 2 minutes, stir gently, remove
pasta from water immediately.
For Fresh Ravioli: after water has come to a
hard boil put raviolis in and add a touch of salt,
stir gently and wait for ravioli to float to the
top, give them an extra minute after floating and
then remove from water. Ravioli filling is already
fully cooked.
