When is catering available?
Catering is available during business hours. First delivery time slot for pick up or delivery is 9:30-10:00 and the last delivery time slot M-F is 4:30-5:00 and on Saturday 2:00-2:30. If your event is starting within an hour of pick up or delivery order items hot but if longer than that order items cold.
Trying to decide how much food to order for your function?
  • 1-1.5 pieces per person recommended for hors d’oeuvres
  • Our serving sizes are generous, family-style portions measured per person
When do I choose HOT or COLD?
  • We recommend that you choose HOT for your items, if you plan on eating them within the hour of pick-up or delivery.
  • We recommend COLD if you are serving items the next day OR not eating them within the hour. All items at this point MUST be refrigerated.
    • COLD does not mean raw or frozen, all cold items are fully cooked and ready to be heated and served
    • ALL heated items must reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees before ready to consume
I don't have a way to heat items or keep food hot at my venue; what should I order?
  • We recommend that you stray away from items that should be served hot.
  • Our platters are great for events like this because they are meant to be served cold to room temperature. These items are prepared ready-to-serve
  • If hot items are necessary for your event, please visit our “Additional Items” tab for chaffers

Can I choose the types of cheeses used on the cheese platters?
  • No, it is chef’s choice and chosen seasonally.
Can I choose the types of fruit used on the fruit platters?
  • No, it is chef’s choice and chosen seasonally.
Can I choose the types of vegetables used on the assorted vegetable dishes?
  • No, it is chef’s choice and chosen seasonally.
Can I choose the types of bread used on the assorted bread platter?
  • No, it will be an assortment of the fresh breads we have in house that day.
Are the cannoli shells that surround the cannoli cake filled?
  • No, the cannoli shells are empty and are topped with whipped cream.
I'm trying to place an order for a gift basket
  • They can be found within the Catering section
Can I use a gift card?
  • No, gift cards can ONLY be used for in-store items. They may not be used for catering or online purchases.
Will the dressing already be on the salad?
  • No, all of the dressing will come on the side for the leafy green salads.
Looking for tiramisu?
  • Traditional Tiramisu vs. Espresso Cream Cake. The Traditional Tiramisu is prepared in a foil pan with layers of lady fingers, it is scooped not sliced.  The Espresso Cream Cake is a traditional layered cake with layers; it can be sliced and served as a standard cake.
Delivery not an option?
  • The time may not be available; we allow a limited amount for each time.
  • You may not have reached the minimum requirement for delivery ($100.00)
  • If your zip code does not meet the zip code requirements you can not choose delivery.
    We only deliver locally to St. Petersburg, Largo and parts of Clearwater
Why can I not alter my order within 24 hours?
  • Our staff prepares each and every item to order; when changes are made within the 24 hour period, it can complicate the production of our high-volume kitchens.
What about chaffers?
  • Chaffers are NOT included with your catering order. They can be purchased with your online catering order. Located under “Additional Items”.
  • Chaffers will hold (2) regular sized pans or (1) large sized pan
  • Chaffers are not meant to HEAT food only to keep hot food warm for approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Will serving utensils come with my order?
  • Yes, serving utensils for all dishes will be included with your order.
Will paper products come with my order?
  • No, paper products can be added to your order for an additional fee. Located under “Additional Items”.
  • Each set comes with a plate and rolled set of silverware.
I have special instructions for my order; where can I input them?
  • There is a note box on the payment screen of the checkout process where you can input any needed specifications for items on your order or delivery information.
Are you Tax exempt?
  • If you are a qualified tax exempt organization and we have your exemption form on file, we can refund the tax to the card used to place the catering order. This may take up to 4-5 business days to appear on your account.
I am outside of the 24 hours required to order but it will not let me process, Why?
  • Check to make sure that the items that you have chosen to order do not have any time restrictions on them. (for example, cheesecakes require a minimum of 36 hours).
When are Catering Coordinators available?
  • Catering Coordinators are available via phone Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm.
  • If a Catering Coordinator is not available, you can conveniently place an order online at any time.

What items can be pre-ordered?
  • Items in the Deli and Bakery case CANNOT be pre-ordered or held and are first come first serve. We do not offer a menu for these items because they change daily. SEE FACEBOOK FOR DAILY SPECIALS.
  • ONLY Deli Sandwiches and Soups can be pre-ordered via phone between 9:00am-5:30pm MONDAY-FRIDAY and 9:00am-2:00pm SATURDAY. WE DO NOT DELIVER DELI SANDWICH ORDERS.
  • Catering Menu Items may be ordered online with 24 hours’ notice; please visit the Catering Page for more information.
Do you offer wholesale?
  • We do not offer wholesale on any items in the market.
When is the patio area open?
  • The patio is open Monday-Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm, FRIDAY 10:00am-4:30pm, and SATURDAY 9:00am-2:00pm. **HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
Do you accept reservations?
  • No, we do not accept reservations for anywhere in the market nor do we hold tables.
Does the market accept EBT as a form of payment?
  • No, we do not accept EBT as payment.
Do you have wine tastings?
  • We have wine samplings in the wine room every Friday from 12:00pm – 3:00pm and Saturday from 11:00am – 2:00pm **DAYS AND HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE**

Looking for a specialty item?
  • Some items are only carried seasonally. Please call for availability.
Do you allow dogs in the market or on the patio?
  • No, ONLY Certified Service Dogs are allowed in the market and on the patio.
When is the market closed?

The market is ALWAYS closed on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • The day AFTER Christmas

WE DO NOT CLOSE FOR A WEEK DURING SUMMER ANYMORE.

  • We do not reserve tables or offer table service on the patio
  • We do not offer guided group tours of any kind.
  • Large Groups/Busses are NOT preferred during the months of November and December due to the high-volume of the season. 
  • Large Groups/Busses are NOT permitted on any Saturdays throughout the entire year.
